Delivery:

Where will my order be delivered to?
All orders placed on the Online Ordering system will be shipped to your pre-arranged delivery address.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your products approximately 3-4 days from placing the order. You can check to see the status of your order in Order History. Orders received before 2pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

Is it possible to have multiple Delivery Addresses?
Yes. You can have multiple fixed Delivery Addresses. To arrange multiple delivery addresses, contact us by telephone.

Is it possible to deliver items directly to customer addresses?
No, our Online Ordering system does not provide this facility.

Can I get an AM delivery?
Yes, please request an AM delivery in the comment box, and we will add the delivery charge to your order confirmation. AM deliveries cost £9.75 for Zone One mainland UK. If you have any questions or are outside this area and want a price for AM delivery, please get in touch.

Problems with your order:

What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange how to proceed. We may be able to part-ship your order.

Invoicing:

When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent by post after your order has been dispatched.

Integration:

Is it possible to integrate our own system to process orders automatically?
Please contact us to arrange integration with your own ordering system.
